I would like to acknowledge the groundskeeper and the maintenance person. The gardens are lovely, and inside the chalets, there are some really clever and thoughtful touches which keep them clean and in good order. Chalets are modern and stylish. The cleaners are also superb - never stayed in a chalet so immaculate. The reception staff friendly. And we loved seeing a resident bandicoot.
I did a two day stay there quite recently, Me and my family departed this morning and it was pretty good.
A clean and tidy caravan park with super quick access to the beach, a payphone on site, had heated spa/pool, a recreation room and lots of cabins/campsites, chalets, beach houses and super easy to navigate.
We were given wristbands and a map when we checked in as soon as we arrived and went exploring.
When I went to go on the jumping pillow yesterday, I was told to put on a wristband by a staff member so I went, got it and put it on.
I’m not even from Middleton Beach, Western Australia, me and my family road tripped from Elizabeth Downs, South Australia in Northern Adelaide because I was visiting family and was exploring WA other than that, it was pretty good and definitely coming back again.
Our check in at BIG4 Middleton Beach was great. The park is open a little later and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Our powered site was a great size, open and clean. The facilities were clean and bright. The BBQ worked easily. We enjoyed our overnight stay out of the wind.
We planned our Albany trip on 30th and we have spent 3 nights at the hotel. On an overall note we had a really good time at our stay in Big4 Middleton. Main bed room quilt sheets are occupied lightly with dust. except that rest everything …
Great location, Wonderful for families. Great heated pool/ spa/ rec room/ playground x2 and bouncing pillow. And was close by to beach and many other playgrounds/ cafes/ bars. The CP in general was well kept with lots of grassy sites. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return :)

Loved Middleton Beach. Beautiful spot. Great caravan park. Good access and kept in excellent condition. Our favourite was the indoor heated spa. We look forward to coming again and staying longer next time. Highly recommend and thanks for having us.
